Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form — name, email, company, phone, country, service of interest and message — plus basic technical access data such as IP address and browser for security and diagnostics.
Purposes
We use the data to reply to your contact, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, maintain website security and improve the browsing experience. We do not sell profiles.
Legal bases
Processing may rely on your consent, performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with a legal obligation, or the legitimate interest of maintaining site security and operation.
Sharing
Data may be processed by hosting, email and analytics providers, always with limited purpose and security measures. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as necessary to reply and document the commercial relationship. Technical logs have limited retention. Data may be deleted earlier upon request where there is no legal retention obligation.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. In Brazil the authority is ANPD; in Portugal it is CNPD. To exercise your rights, email [email protected].
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk, including access control, encryption in transit, backups and monitoring. No system is absolutely immune to incidents; if they occur, we act in accordance with applicable law.
